5. REGISTRATION
Any registration for the congress must be made in writing. Please send your completed registration form by fax or post.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The attendance fee includes the congress documents, lunch and food and drinks during the breaks. All prices are stated net of VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Registration shall be binding. Following receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation by post together with your invoice. At the Congress Office, you will receive your congress pass and documents upon presentation of your confirmation.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Participation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for information purposes, as well as to the publication of congress-related photos, video recordings and interviews free of charge.
Congress program subject to change by the organizer.
7. CANCELLATION
Registrations may be cancelled until 12 January 2012 (date as postmarked) against payment of a cancellation fee of EUR 50.00. Any cancellation submitted after 12 January 2012 (date as postmarked), as well as absence due to illness, shall be subject to payment of the full attendance fee. Any cancellation or change to the registration must be submitted in writing. Upon prior request, a registered attendee may nominate a substitute.
8. ACCOMMODATION
Please contact the hotel of your choice directly to book your accommodation. For a list of hotels, see the program booklet or visit our website at www.betontage.com. We have reserved a number of rooms at special terms under the "BetonTage" reference. We recommend early booking as the number of rooms is limited.
