6. Registration and payment terms
The admission fee includes the congress proceedings, lunch, and drinks during breaks. Please register by fax, E-mail or post.
Any registration made shall be binding upon the attendee. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation letter with your invoice. Please show this confirmation letter upon your arrival at the congress office to receive your congress badge and personal copy of the proceedings.
All prices are stated net of VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Invoices made out by the organizer must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Attendees will forfeit their right to attend the event if the invoice amount is not received in time or if not all of the organizer’s outstanding
receivables from a participating company have been paid.
Pursuant to Art. 3A, Sec. 3, No. 3, Letter a, German Turnover Tax Act (UStG), the organizer is obliged to charge the applicable German value-added tax rate of 19%. This is true even for attendees / billed
parties whose place of business or residence is outside Germany.
The organizer reserves the right to change or amend the program.
7. Cancellation of and changes to registration
Registrations may be cancelled against payment of a processing fee of EUR 70.00 plus VAT on or before 19 January 2019. Any changes to your registration will be subject to a processing fee of EUR 50.00 plus VAT charged by the organizer. The full admission fee shall be due upon cancellation after 19 January 2019 or in the case of absence due to illness. Any cancellations of or changes to your registration must be made in writing. The date of receipt applies. Upon request, we will gladly admit a substitute attendee to the event.
Use our hotel reservation form provided at www.betontage.com/hotel to book your overnight stay. We recommend to book your room as early as possible as the number of available rooms is limited.
9. Data protection regulations
The participant agrees that personal data like title, first name, surname, postal address, e-mail address or phone extension provided during registration or communication in preparation of the event can be used by the organizer only for the purposes of fulfilling the contract and delivery of further event information. The organizer collects, processes, uses and stores personal data if these are necessary to provide services, to delivery exhibitor or event information, and to send tickets.
The participants and exhibitors of BetonTage will be provided with a digital list of participants in the form of a print and copy-protected pdf file containing title, first name, surname, company and participation details.
To identify and check access authorisations, all participants and exhibitors at BetonTage will be issued with name badges showing their title, first name, surname, company and participation details.
During BetonTage, photo and/or film recordings will be made which can be used and published in any digital and printed reporting on the congress.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the organizer’s data protection declaration on www.betontage.com/data-protection. The data protection declaration is an integral and binding part of the terms and conditions of participation.
10. Final provisions
Should any parts of these General Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the entire agreement. Any and all agreements, individual permits or approvals and special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by the organizer.
These General Conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
